Stuck Mycelium

I made a post about two weeks ago about my fully colonized jars not wanting to let go of the mycelium. I put the jars upside down, tap them, and the mycelium stays, and a few water droplets come out. What do I do, I've had colonized jars for about three weeks now.

hey dude,
come on now, you can't tell me that you can't figure this one out on your own. Anyhow heres your answer, put a peice
of aluminum foil on a catalog or stack of magazines and slam her down on top of the foil, might have to do it a couple times but she will fall out . Make sure you wipe the foil with alcohol
first so you dont pick up any contamination once it lets go.
might be a good thing you left em in the jars, as you can be sure the mycelium is colonized completely through your substrate.
hope this helps goodluck ! let us know if you get em out.

Try submerging them in hot water for a sec.

i would not recommend doing that as temps above 106 deg f.
kills mycelium.

This from the VERY old school of tricks, but you can take a towel and place over the jar, then take a hammer and TAP not hit the jar until it cracks open. Then remove the glass and wala, you have your cake. The cake may have a few tiny blue spots from brusing but it will work fine.

McMan,
If I grow using the hippie neglect tek, will I most likely have to break open a few jars in order to get the cakes and shrooms out?
