Bulk oven bag casing tec

Has anyone had any luck with the tec using oven bags and filling whith like 6 jars worth of substrate.

I tried it once and failed terrebly. All the substrate dried out in the oven, and I got a horrible smelling bacteria in all the bags. In fact I don't recall ever hearing someone having success with this tek. I don't know why they don't take it off this site.
