How long would it take for a 6 1/2pint pf-style jars to colonize a casing and fruit/pin?
Any estamates on times are welcome!
using Gulf Coast strain.
Also are th Gulf Coast cub's difficult to initiate pinning?

I don't know if there's a difference in different kinds of pc's but they take anywhere from 1 - 2 weeks.
