I have 5 quarts of Eq and PESA colonizing on popcorn right now
I am going to use a pasturized straw/cow or horse shit mix.
Cased with 50/50 soil verm mix
I am wondering if anyone has used a setup like this before?
If so was the humidity and temperature high enough.
Any input would be appreciated

I'm by no means an expert on the topic but one thing i noticed in the diagram was that you said you are gonna fill your filter holes with cotton... You should use polyfill instead.

any place that sells arts and crafts usually has it. it's used to fill and make your own pillows.
