Cant believe i lost a second jar that was at 90% to the green ... I pressure cooked it for two hours, and im sure that the syringe i prepared was pretty damn good... My question is - as i was once told - the green (if its Trich.) doesnt get into the jar through the syringe but through air exchange/contamination of syringe needle - is this the case??Cheers

If it was 90%, it's most likely it was airborne.

Now this gets to my point - i had alcohol swabs over the inno. holes so how can this be? Ive no lost all these GTs, while my B+ and Cambos are cruising... The last GT started going green at the to top, but not at the innoc. area..Any help would be great

If you only lost the GT's, then it must have been your inoculate. (I need to back-track here) Usually the green will show up right along with the mycelium, but ya never know. At any rate, assuming you grew all the strains in the same manner, everything points to your GT syringe.
