Hippie's Neglect Tek seems to be the right tek for a lazy FOAF,lol. Just curious, is it reliable and where can one read up on it?

The neglect Tek is easy and reliable. I have done it my self on accident. When the cake become 100 % colonized and start to form small pinns. just place them in some light and they will grow scooby snacks in the jar. kinda cool.

yeah but then they will get all big and in effect less potent and they will use up more of the cakes nourishment and you won't be able to use any for spore sprints and if the humidity\heat is too high or too low you won't be able to correct it and they will die and...etc.

I am trying to Hippie Neglek Tek as we speak. PF innoculation of 2 half-pint jars (all the spores I had left). We'll see how it works out. Hippie is wise beyond his years when it comes to cultivation of fungus so his ideas are ususally accurate.

The neglect tek is a misnomer. You need to give primodia more fresh air and water frequently. Any radical deviation from established growth parameters willl result in less than ideal results. Plain and simple. I don't know how they figure it's "neglect"

I'm sorry but does anyone on this site actually grow??? The so called "neglect tek" does work and it soes work very well. It is true that you cannot make prints from this shroomies but on the first flush who really cares???? Let them grow invitro and then case them saves time and space will waiting for space in your terrarium. And as far as lass potent?? You must be kidding............
