I would say no, it's only accurate to 1 gram. For weighing out doses you'll want one with .1g or .01g accuracy. You can find a good one on ebay for around $40-50.

I use a similar scale without any problems... Actualy I wish i had that one. (Mine shuts off after about 1 min. Drives me insane, Every-thing I do takes 1.01 minutes! )
What will you weigh that is 0.1 or 0.01 grams? Why would you weigh a single mushroom, which weighs more than 1.0g

For smaller weight, get a pocket scale. (Old fashoned weight scale.)
I can't personally recall any time that 0.1g was needed.
If you want 2.5g then weigh 5.0g and cut your stack in half.
Sample...
Normal light dose = 2.5g dry (10g wet)
BRF 250ml = 150g
Water 250ml = 250g
Ziplock sandwitch bag = 2.5g
EG, ziplock and light dose of 2.5 = 5g (2.5g + 2.5g = 5g)

No You want a better scale than that. The scale you have posted in the link isn't very accurate...you can do better than that.
There is a scale posted for sale here at the shroomery. Click here!~
Check that out his last price was $30.00 including shipping. They are selling the same scale on Ebay for $66.00
Good luck!~
