new vapour technique

I am actually a first time grower but I think I need advanced advice on this.
I'm about to build my dual chambered terraruim and was thinking about a modification. See, I'm not home very much so I need a way to automate the misting. This is what I'm considering. I'm going to make the terrium as normal but it's going to sit on a resivoir where the excess water can drip into. This resivoir will be hooked up to a timed water pump. At the end of the hose that's attached to the pump will be a garden mister. The mister will then spray onto the spray shield.

Will this work? Has anyone already tried this?

Most of us have switched over to perlite humidification, which requires no drip shield. Automatic misting would be nice if your doing casings, although you would need to use fresh water. How will you allow for air exchange?

i think is overwork....
a simple cool mist humidier provide enough fresh air and humidity for more that 4 big terrariums.
no need for timer etc. is alwayson, you just need to fill the mister 1 or 2 times a week.
