Jon,

No one can tell you what to write in a love letter. Just write what you feel and if it is right, she will understand.

not talking about crying...

sorry, I don't know what a love letter would have to do with crying, and even if I did, the girl would probably be a little freaked out about it,

All I could think of that wouldn't terrify me if I was recieving it would be "You make it ok not to cry"

Crying, can be a very powerful thing at times. I dont cry too much because of some emotional problems, but the only time I ever cried was in that scene from the pianist, which was posted before. But to me, I think if I can find a way to talk about crying in a love letter pretty well without freaking anyone out. Im still working on it, when I get it out tell me what you think.

hey jon, in all honesty if its a love letter, as in , a letter to someone you feel deep love for...

then just open your heart.  if you cry, and you write it, that is good, that is honesty.

honesty isnt always the best policy, but in love theres no other way you can choose to be.

if oyur in love, and expressing yourself, and you find you want to shield or hide something... question your love.  if it still comes back strong as before, then let it out.  love has no barriers.

peace brother, love.

Alright I took out the crying, so here I go:
Hi, you probably get these alot but i'm sure you will like this one. I don?t know you, but you break my mind. Sometimes it?s hard to justify your fascinating existence. Your first day to me wasn?t coveted as an infusion of you to my dry memories; it took a few weeks for the hammer to finally hit me. You all of a sudden became a God, but why? I challenged it. I tried to tell myself "Over there lies the queen of vanity" but vanity itself to me was always too ordinary. The feelings changed, it wasn?t really a naive childish crush on some beautiful girl, more so you symbolized something good, something optimistic. Being the weird person I am, I think there is too much of an answer in your youthful divinity. I don?t think you were born because you were lucky, your here to prove something. You have already given me a reason to stay alive. I didn?t write this to elevate some dire emotions. This is basically my way of saying, you are the most beautiful living thing I have ever seen in my entire life and because you are what you can?t control, you saved lives. I try not to think about you that much, but your existence is too strong to be ignored, maybe I?m just immature but I don?t think there are a lot of people that represent what you are. I?ve always thought that the earth would never survive, I?m glad God found another reason to keep it. Its funny how you can answer a lot of hard questions indirectly. For example, why is there war? Doesn?t it sound right if I were to say we fight to preserve the beauty of our worlds? Or deeper, why is the sky blue? Maybe because it brings out your eyes better? Whether you like it or not, you will always be defined as someone that makes the world better. Whether you like it or not, you will always be on my mind and you couldn?t be ordinary if you even tried.

That was lovely, Jon. Even if she doesn't reciprocate, you have done a wonderful job getting your feelings across. Hopefully the girl in question can appreciate that! Good luck to you.

Maybe you could try talking to her first if you don't know her? I can assure you she will be freaked out if she does, indeed, not know you.

ok

It's just that from my experience, and I've seen it from both sides, the girl will think you're a stalker and be afraid. IF you don't know her, otherwise she'll just think your weird. Why not talk to her since she's the most beautiful person ever, start a friendship, and THEN give the poem...?

Just a suggestion.. why not make it realistic

It's too long, too deep, and too obscure. You're going to scare her away by taking yourself too seriously / looking desperate.

I'd just talk to her. I kind of found it abit creepy.

A love letter seem's like something someone that was much younger than 18 would do. You are 18 aren't you Jon?

A letter like that sounds/seems very romantic to me ...

But I guess the kind of love I think about doesn't really exist in the real world.

God knows I can relate to that letter ....

Sure it does! It just takes the right person to bring it out.
