larger shrooms?

Hey Guys,
Just picked first crop ever. Cased in an aluminum pan 11 x 9. Used 1 qt colonized rye with eq. Topped with 1 qt coco (which made for a thin 1/4 -1/2" layer). That coco is awesome. Covered with foil for 5 days, uncovered in terrarium for a week, 1 night cold shock and a week later boom! Had 70-80 nice sized shrooms (about 4" tall each). They weighed about 4oz's wet. This is third day drying with dessicant and they are almost disappearing! Down to 22 gms now, they are almost dry but are shriveling up much more that I thought they would. I would like next casing to produce a little bigger shrooms so I have something to look at when they are dry. Any suggestions? I have some sterilized dung, sterilized dung and coco, and sterilized coco. How about a 2 qt's of rye and 2 qt's of coco for a thicker casing layer? Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Also, the temps were:
Colonization of casing at 84-86. Cold shock at 64 (produced about 400 pins). Terrarium at 68-70 with 94 humidity for a week (a bit cold) then last week of fruiting at 72f and 92. Fanned 3 times a day. They looked great! Very pretty. Picked a bit late hoping they would get a bit larger but ended up with a huge black mess when they dropped their spores everywhere :)

4 oz to 22 grams is nearly correct for partially dry..
4 * 28g = 112g
112 * .1 = 11.2 g ... so that is about what you should have when its dry..
