Good advice. The only flaw that I find, and this isn't with your advice, is that when people generally feel down and have panic attacks it's hard for them to consistantly remember and do things like this. When I get stressed, sometimes I don't meditate when I should. When my mind's cluttered, sometimes I just shrug it off and let things slide.
But yes, getting more on topic sharing ideas and thoughts is good! When you open up to people, even about the most insignificant things it can drastically elevate your emotions to a more proactive state. That's actually some really good advice, dude. I'm going to do my best to engrain that into my skull.. er, but not literally.
