Pressure Cooker Sterilization Question

hi, i am on my third attempt to grow. 2nd is in fruiting chamber, i hope it does alright.... Anyways, I use a pressure cooker to sterilize my jars at 15 psi. I had tape over the holes and the lid was only tightened by turning my hand loosely until it barely snugged. i had a layer of tin foil over the top to prevent water from dropping and getting into the jar. i cooked them for about 55 min on a low boil. the jars did not touch the bottom of the pressure cooker. after they cooled for 8 hrs, i pulled the jars out and noticed condensation all over the sides of every jar. the droplets werent large enough to run down the sides but the droplets are prominent all around. should i inoculate these jars with all that exra moisture in there, or should i start over?

Are you using Pf pr grains? And you could just do a g2g from ur other grow....But the x-tra moisture may cause ur jars to turn to crappy mud...But then again they might turn out fine...These are the times when you wish that you could make those air holes bigger, to allow more air exchange.....so that the moisture would gitonoutaader....lol

inoculate them, the condensation is normal and it will be reabsorbed by the vermiculite, the tape over the holes is fine until you notice slow growth

They should be fine. I made some really wet jars on my first PF grow. My cakes were nearly swimming in water before I flipped them and they colonized just fine. It just took a little longer is all.
