My HBWR
    #3637457 - 01/17/05 02:09 AM (12 years, 1 month ago)

Since i got myself a cam for xmas, (a nice 7.1MP Cannon) I decided to shoot the newest growth on my HBWR plant. I can't really remember how long it is, but it's more than a year old, and probably a little less than 2 years.

edit: "i don't know how long it is" is supposed to read "I don't know how OLD it is"

Oooo I have the same mini greenhouse as you, although mine isn't as packed as yours. What are you growing in there? How long is the flouro on for each day and what wattage is it? Just curious cos I'm thinking about putting a light in mine too.

Nice HBWR too

The discoloration on the leaves isn't actually real, it's an artifact of the light fall on the leaves as taken by the picture, all the leaves are a nice healthy green.

What's in the greenhouse are some small san pedro cuttings, some khat, some peyote, two bonsai trees, salvia, kratom (now dead), and peyote.

here's a leaf

The fluoros are 2 feet long each, they're just regular plant light fluoros from home depot. I don't know the wattage. I have them on for about 10 hours a day during the winter.

Yes very healthy leaf, I wish mine looked more that way.

I went out and got a similar 2ft light today, I don't think my plants are getting enough light.

Thanks

they do that. Bild up lots of bud sites and like little leafe nodes, then they spring forth.

actually I figured out what happened to my sickly HBWR... I had sprayed a little isopropyl on the plant to battle a fungus it had growing in the clay pot it was in.  I actually meant to grab the H2O2!

needless to say, it lost all its leaves but one, but I repotted it and have been gentle to it, and now it has grown a new leaf and I believe is recovering!

neuro--looking forward to more pics! :sun:

They're remarkably resilient.

I had four plants lose every leaf during a hail storm.

Within two weeks they had completely regrown.
