4 cakes have been in my chamber sitting on perlite. I see a few pins on 2 of them. Is it too late too case these suckers? Thanks.

No, A cake which had been fruiting for a couple weeks was cleaned, crumbled and cased. The mycellium is now poking through the surface in several places!!!
