Grain 2 Peroxide 2 Peroxidated Honey Water - Will this work?

Will this work? I'm worried about contams making honey water, as I've only got an oven to work over. I'm also short of spores and thought about using colonised grain...
Materials
Colonised rye A beaker containing between 3 and 7 ml of 3% peroxide per liter of water). Jar of prepared, sterile honey water with same peroxide concentration as above.
Method
Take a few kernels of colonised rye, and drop in the soloution of peroxide.
Then put the colonised kernels into the jar of peroxidated honey water. Then incubate the honey water.
(Assume working over oven, and sterile technique is used)
Explanation of Method
The idea is the peroxide / water soloution will sterilize / kill any spores that may contaminate the colonised grain during the transfer.
Peroxidated honey water is used to kill any spores that may enter the jar while adding the colonised grain.
I guess the peroxide should be added to the honey water jar after its been PC'd.
Opinions? Criticisms? Improvements?

if you were to do this, i'd do it as follows:
sterilize a fill with 10cc sterile water and suck up very
few h2o2 in it, so you get a nice 0.3% h2o2 syringe.
inject the content of the syringe into your rye jar, shake around quite
hard and suck up the resulting broth.
youll have nice mycelium in there in a h2o2/water solution.
use this syringe to nock up karo/honeywater.

Like the poor man's mycelium syring tek... Cool.
Just to clarify, the first syring contains the 0.3 peroxide soloution, and is used to inject into the colonised rye grain jar.
The second syinge is used to remove the mycelium broth from the rye jar, and add to the honey water jar?
Should I still peroxidate the honey water?
Thanks

sorry i misstyped, you do it all with one syringe, i edited my post there shouldnt be a need to peroxide the honey water even further since youll shoot some peroxide in it with the syringe anyway. peace ohm

Using a 0.3% peroxide syringe to inject / collect mycelium broth will collect a random sample of myc cells (cottony & rhizomorphic)
Using a grain to peroxide to peroxidated honey water will allow selection of a grain showing thick & healthy rhizomorphic growth. I guess a lot more myc will be transferred this way, so the honey water will colonise faster.
Is this reason enough to to a Grain => Peroxide => Peroxide Honey water instead of the syringe tek?

well i would do as i told you above, b/c this way you eliminate contam sources and transfer a liquid which holes h2o2. i'd do it this way since its the most logical for me. transferring grains should work aswell though. peace ohm
