you are a wuss...but i nub you anyway baby. (imagine a nice smiley here...damn popup blocker won't let the smileys pop up) the lentil soup will be easy. you make you lentils or do it ghetto like i will... here's what i'm doin' (i think i make pretty yummy stuff) 1 or 2 can/s of organic lentils 1 can org. diced fire roasted tomatoes with green chilis 1 container of free range chicken broth random spices a bunch of fresh garlic put in pot. stir. when hot eat the shit outta it. and i'll make biscuits too. we had a bout with pantry moths so i couldn't keep much stuff like beans and flour and such so for right now we are doin ghetto style already prepared stuff. but those biscuits you get in the freezer section are pretty dank. =)

Just got back from meditation group. These French Roast beans I've got are a lil dark for me... but they'll have to do.

Cool!! I thought that you were typing bad stuff about me!! It is SO dorky typing messages to someone that is sitting next to you. I love you, too.

Yes, it was. Two half-hour meditations is pretty hardcore, though. My back was suffering towards the end, and my concentration could have been better.

i'm planning on meditating for an hour later this afternoon..i just got this cd, here's the description of it: "Olabayo, master drummer from Nigeria, and Marina Raye, the feminine voice of the native flute, lead you on a gentle and transformative journey. Sensuous and earthy rhythms blend with hauntingly beautiful flute melodies and the harmony of nature. Experience the magic...Enter the circle within."
sounds good to me we'll see where it takes me
