burnt jars

After realizing my pc hadn't been whistling for a bit and smelling something like piss in the air I realized the water was gone in my pc and was overheating. I shut it off and checked the jars which look ok except the grain is darker than usual. Does anyone see any way I can make these jars work. I've been ravaged by contams for the last month and now this, I'm losing patience.Maybe they are a little dry but that can be fixed, right?

Suggest you go again - all new. Dry toast doen't make for good jars.
