so i'm looking for the name of the movie, where the kid makes a nuclear bomb as a science project, and he doesnt think it's real, and he got the radioactive stuff cause his moms boyfriend worked at the nuclear bomb place, so he stole the guys id, then went in, and used a frisbie to set off the sensor, and then he used green dish soap and pieces of aluminum foil to replace the plutoniam/stuff, and then he was on the run, and stuff...
anyone know the name?
