I know this has probably been asked and answered many times but what is the best glove box tek? Thanks for your response in advanced.

let me be the first to say that glove boxes are a waste.
use a clear trashbag periodically sterilized with some air sanitizer or just work in front of the oven.
I know everyone will say BUT THE SMOKE GOES IN THE JARS or whatever regarding the oven tek, but building a glovebox was a huge waste of time and resources when I figured out I could get equally good rates of success, have more maneuverability and not have to store a big stupid glove box using trashbags and air sanitizers.

I didn't have much luck until I built something. I have not tried the trash bag method so I can't comment on how well or easy it is to work with. AFOAF uses a rubbermaid bin with a dry cleaning bag or part of a clear shower curtain over the top. Duct tape used to tape and seal around the outside, small hand holes cut into. It's reuseable of course and you can put the bin top on right over the shower curtain cover between use.

making a glove box is fairly simple. for mine i used a 25 gallon rubbermaid tub. it does't neccessarily have to be that big, but i like a lot of room. i used card board tubing for my arm holes. you can use pvc tubing. just make sure your arms can fit comfortly. the window is optional.( smaller boxes do not need one.)just look through the top. be sure to silicone every opening.place every thing you will need in the glove box including the lysol. once completed cover top with clear plastic. tape down plastic securely. spray lysol generously and wait 15 minutes. now you have a steril environment.

I did a standard forced air glove box. Total cost 27$
It works good.
The box came from the thrift store, the flanges are toilet flanges from home depot. The fan is a 30cfm computer fan, and the filter is a black N Decker hand vac hepa filter from wall mart.

A soldering iron works wonders for making holes in rubbermaids. The plastic melts away like butter and it's precise, no cracking.

for gloves also look at places that sell food service, janitorial or factory supplies. Some well stocked drug stores might even have them.
Also, I've had better luck cutting holes with a drill saw. Either a roto-zip, dremel, or specialty bit for a hand drill works great. Not to mention that the fumes from the hot knife method are carcinogenic.
