All American Electric Autoclave in Europe ?

I have seen this 75X All American autoclave on ebay. The problem is that I live in europe and we have 220 Volt outlets here not 120 Volts. Another problem are shipping costs . Does anybody know if there is a dealer that sells this autoclave in Europe ? I did a search on google but could not find anything appropriate ...

Never seen any All American dealer in Europe.... mycosupply sells 240 volts AA75X models
For shipping cost you can use the cheaper shipping option still will be much.
Also i currently use a 110-230/230-110 volt transformer (paid 20 euros for it on ebay)for my impulse sealer

jeah simply get a transformer.
id though advise you to get a regular AA without the heating element b/c it will be a lot lighter and therefor shipping costs drop pretty much!
also, the heating element isnt really needed since any normal stove can do just what it does. peace ohm

Seems not to be a problem to get a 240 Volt rated one. Only the shipping costs are a bit high ...

Has anybody got some experience wit the AA 75X autoclave ? Is it worth the money ?

raga, I dont have the 75X but I have the 941. Mine is only slightly bigger than the 75X and I often time wish I had the 75X.
Those things control themselves. They adjust the heat to keep it at 15PSI. Less noise than a independently heated unit. They have electric heating elements so you can use them easily inside.
Whether it is worth $700.... I only paid $330 for mine.

A lot of folks don't realize the WEIGHT involved with any type AA 941. Loaded FULL they weigh about 100 lbs. That is a bit much to place on a single stove top burner & to carry - if you have to.
I rectified the problem with the AA 941 sterilizer My foaf has, by simply using a lab grade hot plate, with a few fire bricks around the side to create a stand, with the hot plate in the middle, with height adjusted so the hot plate heating face JUST contacts the bottom of the 941.
He also used a very heavy duty time between the wall outlet & the hot plate. That way.... he could set the temp, bring it up to pressure of 15lbs, adjust so it would stay between 15 & 18lbs, then set the timer for the duration.
It took a little tinkering, but now works as well as one with internal element. Timer shuts it OFF & the puppy cools by itself. I babysat it through a few runs to insure it worked well enough toeave it go, on it's own.

The problem is that I already have ruined 3 autoclaves now. Once I was distracted and forgot to look after it till all the water evaporated and the pot got too hot ... The other ones have the problem that the start to whistle when the pressure gets too high. So I always have too be around cause otherwise my neighbors would get mad ... Now I am looking for something that controls heat/pressure and time all by itself and that lasts my whole live cause I am fed up with buying/repairing the pot's all the time. Could you recommend the 75X for my needs ?

Thanks for that tip ! The guy at ebay wanted to charge me 200 $ for shipping. Maybe that is gonna decrease the price a bit ?

Hey there
I'm growing for some while now. I own 2 Pressure cookers of 6 liters , Yes You're right that sucks ! Anyhow it's not a problem to find a All American for me, EBay is full of them. But are they legal in the Europe, The Netherlands. Someone told me they ain't, because of some safety regulations.

Buy it, I'm saving my pennies to get a 75X. I have a 921 and I need more room. The 75x holds 6 spawn bags at a time, and it's foolproof.
