Quick question....

I have sum cakes that seem quite dry and I was wondering how much h2O2 I should mix in the syringe. This wont harm the mycellium will it?

Dunking has proved much more effective at rehydrating cakes than injecting water in my experience.

h2o2 would not help the fungus. This is akin to chemotherapy. If you're injecting into the cake, I wouldn't worry about adding any or at least use a ratio above 10:1 water:h2o2. If you were misting, they I'd recommend the 10-15:1 ratio.

Another alternative is to put casing material on the top and bottom of the cake. Then you can moisturize through the casing material by misting or whatever.

I already injected sum sterilized h2O with 10% h2O2. Now I need a good lin to a fast colonizing tek, maybe petri dishes. What do you guys suggest?
