Chlorella pyrenoidosa. Check out what IAS has to say about it:
"Regular consumption of this plant may bring about increased energy, accompanied by profound mental clarity and remarkable feelings of well-being. Used since ancient times, this algae is rich in enzymes, essential fatty acids, B12, beta-carotene, and over 20 other vitamins and minerals. It is included here because just 1/4 teaspoon may efficiently break down and detoxify a wide variety of internal toxins, helping the body to recover and rejuvenate after any difficult spiritual exploration or physical overexertion."
I ordered an ounce of the powder because it has so many health benifits. The thing is, it tastes like someone took the bottom of a guinea pig cage in a pet store and pulverized it into a powder. To make matters worse, this stuff is incrediably dark green.
In the future, I'm going to encapslate it. But damn, trying to wash down that stuff was fucking hard core. This is coming from someone who has made a ton of different alkaloid soups, shakes & cocktails. Worst of all is that trying to wash it down with water turns it into a sludge... which gets stuck on your teeth. Ugh.
-------------------- The very nature of experience is ineffable; it transcends cognitive thought and intellectualized analysis. To be without experience is to be without an emotional knowledge of what the experience translates into. The desire for the understanding of what life is made of is the motivation that drives us all. Without it, in fear of the experiences what life can hold is among the greatest contradictions; to live in fear of death while not being alive.

Never had nutmeg tea/mass amounts of powder, and I never plan to! I think this has it beat.
Neuro, I thought about posting this in the EG, but I figured the thread was about a non-psychoactive algea and not a very serious thread at that.

I've never had peyote, but it's worse then dried out Pervuvian Torch.
