help with the green

the jars came out white using a perlite humidification technique put them in a aquarium humidity about 90% temp at 78 and now all sixteen are becoming discolored with a grayish green color but all the cakes look to about be plenty fruitfull what do you think?

Is the color on the tips of the mycellium and it the color more of a tealish blue or any shade of blue? Trych looks like the mold on bread. I think you may just have bruising on your cake, which is fine. If the color is really GREEN, try cutting away the green with a sterile blade.
