Sterilization w/o a Pressure Cooker?

Anyone have some good ideas about how to sterilize the jars+substrate before injecting the spores without the use of a pressure cooker?  I won't be able to have a stovetop available to me, and the only cookers I could find were stovetop only  :frown:.

sure, use an autoclave, this particular model is an All American Steroclave
model 925X... no stove top needed

I've heard that there are electric PCs on the market, other than that,
a hotplate and PF substrate, steamed in a large pot
