Straw Bag Colonized!
    #3622330 - 01/13/05 03:51 AM (20 years, 7 days ago)

Lets assume you got a colonized Straw bag.

One option is put it in the fruiting chamber, and let it pin as it is,

When another is case it, right?

I need some experiences on the first option, (Is there a huge differece from the cased option?)

And a few tips on the second.....do i need to brake the colonized straw ball up, or can i simply roll it on some freshly made casing material?

Thanx in advance

I only know of methods where the straw is inside the tub and when colonising is ready you apply the casing layer.

It also can fruit without casing layer but will dry out fast then. Rolling it in a verm/coir mix could work.
