You have to give a better description of the grow chamber, to get a decent answer.

Otherwise, you will get answers like stoke the "woodstove" & "open window on windy day".

I was going to suggest that!

But I was going to mention the use of a blowtorch, and 300CFM hurricane fan!

okay, well this should work, i havnt tried it, even though i have set it up before, i just never gave it a try, get one of those heating pads, and a coolmist humidifier, put the cool mist on the heating pad, turning it into a warm mist/cool mist hybred humidifier, hehe. block the original hole for the output, and drill some new holes for tubes to connect to your grow chamber, and put a few other holes in the chamber, and stuff with polyfil or cover with tyvek, this should give you a good amount of air exchange, keep the humidity levels up and keep the temp of the air in the container warm enough as well, i would say to wrap the desk with some sort of insulation, blankets, or what not. there are a few teks around about the cool mist, just search for "cool mist". oh, additionaly you will probably want to take that hepa you got and somehow hook it up to the intake on your coolmist. good luck.

You might want to look into using a combination of a coolmist and ultrasonic humidifiers...
The coolmist would be primarly for air exchange and can run 24/7.
The ultra would be for humidity, that would probably need to be on a timer.
Magash had this setup on his Martha that he posted - you might want to do a search for the thread.
