My mom knows most of the drugs I have taken, now. The ones she doesn't know about are the ones I just haven't talked about yet, though I would tell her if she asked. She knows I've taken MDMA many times, knows I enjoy LSD and mushrooms, knows I've used coke in the past. She definitely knows that I smoke every day, since I live in the same house as her and joke about it quite often.
I managed to reach this level of trust with my mother by chance. We were arguing about marijuana legalization issues one day when she asked if I ever smoked. I told her I did. She asked how often. I said every day. I had always thought that if either of my parents ever found out that I use drugs, they would disown me. How wrong I was 
What I found was that my mother does respect the decisions I make in life. I basically just told her that I don't make decisions without putting a lot of thought into them first, especially when my life is on the line. She accepted this, and says that while she would PREFER that I didn't use drugs...she accepts my decision to do so and TRUSTS that I can make the right decisions for MY life.
Not having to hide a significant portion of my life from my mom has, in my opinion, made my home life MUCH more easy as well as brought us closer together. I no longer have to lie about what I do...I can just tell her. She even comes to me for advice, now, in dealing with possible drug use in my younger siblings.
I think if you can just sit down with your mom and talk her through it, let her KNOW that you aren't making these decisions lightly (you aren't, are you?) then she will come around and understand that YOUR life is YOUR life. She may even trust you for it

Honesty is seriously the best policy.
I strolled in after 3 days of partying on the new year. - Mum: Have you only just finished celebrating the new year? Me: Yep! Mum: You must have been taking drugs to stay up that long. Me: Yeah, I had some mdma and a bit of coke and loads of free booze. I had the best time ever and met the most amazing people. Best new year I've had for years! Mum: Well, so long as you had a good time! Is that a love bite on your neck? Do you realize how dangerous love bites can be!?!?!
She was more concerned about the hickey then the drugs lol!

They were old school trippers and my mom has even asked me to find LSD and MDMA for her lol I love the fact i can be completely honest with her. your mum only cares about you. all the information you have given her is crap IMO. do you talk to the guy that makes your X everytime you buy it, asking him what he put in it this time? if not how can you be so sure as to tell your mum ifs 100% safe, you don't know whats in those pills. tell her you know its risky but the risk outweights the enjoyment you have from it. and tell your mum you love her
