What would be the best way to trick out my 100 gallon fish tank to make it a growin machine??

So at one point, my guinea pig aquarium was a nice big shroom tank. its a 75 gallon 13x48x22 aquarium. I just took and spawned wheat straw with 4 cups of rye per sq. ft. (so 16 cups/quart jars). mixed that with 6" straw. No casing layer, just dropped 2- 1 quart mason jar perlite bubblers in there (big deal lost a whole 1/8 sq. ft. cropping area). So those bubblers were enough humidity. Used a 3 ft vita-lite (was better then the other shit ones they had at home depot). Worked like a charm, pulled 1 1/2 lbs dried on first flush.... largest specimen weighed 130 grams. dried to like 11 something... have some pictures need to still get developed.. man that was a long time ago (2+ years)
