Jars too small?
    #3616529 - 01/12/05 05:02 AM (12 years, 4 months ago)

Yesterday I bought ten canning jars, but had a capacity of about 230-240ml. Is this too small for the PF TEK technique?

They were the only bloody jars I could find!

I got them from Harrods in the end! They cost ?1.95 a jar. How many would you recommend that I, as a beginner, get to begin with?

1cc per jar is normal.

Just ask for wide mouth canning jars. I think by tapered they mean wide mouth. "tapered" = Wide mouth.
