I was wondering if you guys think this setup would work well for inncolating grain jars with spores. I have these two hepas...

I will scrub the living crap out of my bathroom and then proceed to run the hepas for around an hour. Could I then do my innoculations in the open air? Would it be better to do it in the upflow of one of the hepas using a little rack??? I would also flame/alcohol sterilize syringes ofcourse. Would it cut it?

I still have a personal issue with bathrooms and sanitation myths...
If you see any mold, (Dark spots), in the corners of your bathroom. Or on the cieling/walls... The answer is no... Your breath alone has enough moisture to cause the mold to drop spores. Hepa-won't catch it as it falls from the cieling to your jars. It might even cause a spore hurricane! (Kidding)
Try your kitchen, or an unpopulated room. (No heavy traffic in that area.) Otherwise, I say that you should just get a garbage bag, cut the bottom open, and tape it around your hepa. Work inside the inflated bag. It is cheap, disposable, portable, and requires less effort.

I agree with LaughingJim on the bathroom issue, this is an area subjected to high humidities and very often warmer temps the perfect breeding grounds for molds. I'm not saying it wouldn't work because basically anywhere will work if certain precautions are taken. I've always taken the advice of the pioneer indoor shroom growers and created a small closed off area and lined it with plastic and then either HEPA filter with a thorough disinfecting or just the disinfecting alone. A small closet usually works best especially when combined with any type of glovebox from a getto cardboard box to a high quality one. I have had an extremely low contam rate of about 2% over the last 20yrs. which I do contribute to my perfected sterile culture technique (worth perfecting). GL

Your dating yourself there hyphae, I think I'll call ya papa hyphae . I agree with laughingjim, you should try taping a clear garbage bag to the hepa and work in there. GL
