Syringe Sterlizing

Would it work okay if I washed the spore syringes out with lysol or rubbing alcohol, then washed them out with boiling spring water a few times and then finaaly kept some boiling spring water in the syringe and then let it cool. I would then mix the water and spores together in a half pint wide-mouth jar like the PF Tek explains. Does this sound like reasonable sterlization? I hope you enjoy my run-on sentences!

fill them with bleach and leave for half an hour, then pull them apart, fill 50% with water and give them some time in a pressure cooker. Then reassemble in the steam using gloves - so you dont burn... store in a ziplock baggie - THANX TO AUTO59009 for that one...
