Fresher the better my friend - eat 'em as you pick 'em!! Mind you, you'd be surprised how potent mushies can be if they are dried with calcium c. - sometimes when they are dried they keep all their alkaloids, sometimes they dont...stay fresh

P. Cubensis has pretty much about equal amounts of psilocin and psilocybin. Psilocin breaks down MUCH faster than psilocybin wich is more stable. So when you dry the shrooms (depends on method of drying) you destroy alot of the psilocin.
