I have this honeywell enviracaire 13500 unit and I disassembled it to see what was the matter with it + try to reconfigure the airflow direction. I really messed up and didn't write down the wring, it was pretty simple wiring, but I totally forget now what it was.
it has a red, yellow and black wires that connect to the switch. The it has the primary negative and positive that come from the wall, the positive connects as well to the switch and the negative connects to this converter object.
Unless I am mistaken of course, and the positive is heading towards the converter box.
Two other gray wires are present, these are the ones I have no clue where to put. There are 3 twisty electrical caps, two connections for the converter box and one that was for the grey wires.
I specificly remeber the converter box connects the black and white together, and then the red and one of the power cables.
I thought the two grey wires just went together but it just will not run in that configuration.
I deduct the gray wires must be for the poloarity of the motor, or direction, since if you put one grey figure and the start of the convertor box and one after, one way spins the way clockwise, and reverse the wires and the fan runs counterclockwise.
I don't suppose anyone else has this kind of HEPA filter or similar model, ie 10500, 11500, 12500 and could take a picture of the wiring.
I need a replacement part for the fan, so maybe a service center can help me.
