i've been reading about all these lvl 5 trips. I think i may have had one, let me tell you my story and you be the judge. I was having a deep conversation with my girlfriend. just me and her. she asked me about why i rebel and why i try to be different. i tried to explain, but my explaination is lost to me now. anyhow her question and my searching for an answer eventually led me to close my eyes and think. it felt as if i left my body. now i see images of myself and an infinity around me.(looking at myself in the third person, but it wasnt as if i was myself looking at myself,just a free floating orb observing) i examine myself from all angles and observe myself doing things i do.random thoughts of myself and stuff start floating around in this infinity for me to observe. the whole time i am unable to open my eyes,talk,or listen to anything. faded out of this state of being, dont remember how but i eventually came back to and started talking again about the world and politics.

Sounds like an OBE, not complete ego loss. There would be no you in the equation after stage five attains, and usually it's a VERY intense struggle to get up to that point...

i dont think ive ever had a level five so i couldn't tell you, but what your talking about sounds like an OBE, ive had one of those..7 grams...u see yourself if you had a tomb raider camera floating around you, an omnipresent eye staring at you sitting there...its crazy...

What is most important is to not worry about what level you have attained, as these levels are artificial guidlines.

i dont know about all that, there are some people, me, who cant really put my trips into numbers... ive had 1 way out there trip on mushrooms, and 1 landing on jupiter trip on acid... im sure i could trip EVEN harder if i felt the need to, or ate over 7 grams of mushrooms or over 10 hits of acid... but even then i wouldnt be breaking into a lvl 6 trip, just a wilder lvl 5... i dont think of numbers while tripping, i just know the wildest time on each drug i have had... i havent done the highest plateau thingie on dxm im sure because i havent ate like 3,000mg+ like some tards but ive had some mindblowing psychadelic experiences...

all this talk about level 5 needs to end.theres 2 ongoing threads about this right now.seems like most people cant see past the numbers to see the real meaning behind the scale.what truly matters is what happens to the body,mind and most of all soul.if you reach to highest level of tryping that can be produced,there will be no doubt about it.
you cant eat more shrooms and have a "wilder" level 5.instead of levels 1-5,shrooms fx should be measured in mind states at peak.
the highest state of mind being:utterly destroyed!unable to see,hear,speak,taste,smell.all external senses cease and internal senses dominate.(tip for a sitter) :ones body will go into spasms and convulses/gyrates.they may also shit or piss on themselves.DO NOT TAKE PERSON TO THE HOSPITAL UNLESS THIS STATE PERSIST OVER 8HOURS!!!

I dont know about the level but that sounds like one great ride! id have to agree with above and say obe. Its hard to put a level on a trip, but from what ive read on here i want to hit a five came close but not just hit it yet

You will not even know you are at level 5 when you are there.
At level 5 you will forget everything you know.
So in level 5 you do not even know what level 5 is.
You forget everything. But eventually remembered when you come down.
Only until you come back and realize you were there.
