Has anyone ever used the Sea of Shroom teqnique in a larger size pan? Like foil turkey pan size...

I'm thinking of sterilizing in large jars in the pressure cooker...and then laying the moist layer of vermucilite..
And instead of crumbling...slice wafers like OldTimer over at Mycotopia..then the sterilized jiffy mix on top...All placed in a terranium.

Anyone tried this?

Sounds pretty much exactly like what OT does. The larger pan shouldn't make any difference.
