with my digis, my nickles are from 4.8-4.9g. close enough to 5 for you to calibrate a hand scale.

1cc water = 1ml water = 1g water 10cc water = 10ml water = 10g water 100cc water = 100ml water = 100g water 1000cc water = 1000ml water = 1000g water
Don't use coins... use 20cc syringes, five of them dumped into a selephane cigarette wrapper. (Selephane = 0.0001g, your scale won't notice it!)

Shit where I live the solids in the 1ml of water alone would weigh that Intersting method there though . I love my little wiehgt set that came with my tripple beam , makes such things easy to deal with

That isn't coincidence... that is how they came up with weights and measures.
I would imagine that you would TRY and use distilled (Pure) water... I don't think that one or two microscopic particles of lead or calcium will interfere much! (Just don't drink your water!)

TARE
That is some heavy celophane! What do you smoke? Cigar 1000's...
Besides, 0.2 with 100cc = 100.2g = 0.2% acuracy.
As opposed to the nickle method...
My $30.00 digital scale only shows grams... (I am not selling mg of coke here!)

I have between 2.4 and 3.129 on a penny maybe people should stop relying on money since it sees a lot of wear
