Hi I was just wondering if the Vibration Caused by the fish tank pump that I have mounted to the side of my tank (on the outside) will cause a problem while growing my shrooms??
Thanks Craig

Thanks a lot. Hope it doesn't. We shall just have to wait and see. Its so nice that there is such a good site bout shrooms. I'm from South Africa so its very difficult to find good resources. Also Do you think I could bring spore syringes through customs, I'm going overseas soon and would like to bring some back with me.
Thanks Craig

If you let your shrooms grow to long it will help spores drop. I set one on my posative air flow box when doing spores/

SPORES are legal most places, even where magic mushrooms arent. You could do it legally most likly but maybe not...it might have more to do with agricultural reasons.

My 2-cents...
Watch and learn... then report back!
Stress can cause plants to not grow properly, not fruit, not reproduce... (Vibration is stress)
However, vibration of higher oscilations are used to promote growth in plants... and these are not exactly plants...
Please, let us know... I am sick of playing classical music for my mushrooms and would prefer to just mount my pump to the tanks!

Why the hell would you play classical music for your MUSHROOMS anyways?
When they obviously prefer oldies?

Will Let you know. This is my first time trying this, hopefully it will be a success, I'm usually competent at most things. This is my set up. Plexi glass tank with two fish pumps mounted outside, bubbling through two glasses of water. Then a damp perlite layer... once I find the perlite! Hope thats humid enough.
Thanks Guys
