I just put my cased trays in my fruiting chamber, I'm so excited...:) How long does it usually take for pins to develop, I heard sometimes 2 weeks??

That's about right, unless your casing layer is already colonized, then it would be about a week.

A friend of mine just cased some eqs 9 days ago. She only allowed 1 of those days for recovery (covered and in the dark). On the morning of day 9, she see a nice quarter inch pin pushing through the vermiculite.
