Alright, the last battle was just a, 'warm-up'... and as per suggestion I've created a seperate thread for the final showdown of badassery.
Who, would truly emerge victorious?

Simple mathetamatics. Vader would kick Sauron's ass. Sauron was good for the medieval ages, but once you get machines that can blow up whole planets, getting a gold ring to a volcano gets a bit senseless.

sauron could kill vader from like 100 miles away. In the first movie, Fellowship of the Ring, he says some spell and the mountain with snow almost kills the Fellowship, he could do that spell and crush vader.

Nor would Vader. Vader has the power of the FORCE, and could also kill from a 100 miles away.
The Jedis even have pre-cognitive abilities, as demonstrated in the movies.

vader couldent throw shit, using the force drains his energy, just picking up the x-wing, luke got tired. And Vader is on Life support, btw, we'll have to see Vader at his peak in Episode III.

One on one, Sauron would probably win, seeing as he really isn't a material person
The only way to destroy him was to destroy the Ring, so unless Vader used the force to magically melt the ring, Sauron would kick his ass.
Unless we see Sauron as the guy in the beginning of Fellowship, the warrior with the awesome plate mail who had the mace that would knock dozens of men backwards with just a stroke, in which case it's possible Vader would win. It seems that Sauron's original destruction actually made him stronger.
As a note, Saruman, the original White wizard in the beginning of the books, threw the "mountain" (you mean blizzard and avalanches) on top of them. Saruman vs Vader would be a fairer fight one on one.
