Phalaris Grass. Hawaiin Baby Woodrose. Salvia Divinorum.

What's the most effective way to use these? Any special preparations?

Yes go to erowid. What ye seek ye shall find. Each of those has a different preperation.

Phalaris needs to be extracted.
Woodrose needs to be crushed and eaten.
Salvia needs to be smoked or chewed.

I don't care about jack shit, I just wanna pick my nose!!!

Combined with a maoi and drunk, or extracted and smoked (The first is far easier)

Hawaiin Baby Woodrose
Crush, soak in water, strain and drink. (Or just eat, but water extraction reduces nausea)

Salvia Divinorum
Smoke in a bong
