To tape holes or not to tape...

Anyone got any thoughts on leaving the tape on or off the holes in the lids of the jars while they are incubating?

I'm using brown rice flour with vermiculite jars.

i put mine in an incubation chamber that makes clean fresh air go in and make the old co2 leave. since everything is really clean i dont use tape over the holes, but before i had the incubation chamber i used the tape over the holes

i may, fucking drop something natural somewhere and it might grow into another piece of shit like you. i dont recognize any of you fucking people, youre not real, you came ot of comic books.
