Help....
I have a tupperware little less than half way full with vermiculite and 1/4 cup of water(not even 1/4) and i used about 1 cc of PF Ecuadorian strain. It's been 3 days since I put the spores in. When will i start to see it grow? I've heard from friends that I shoould see something in there by the 3rd day. If anyone could help me I'd appreciate it!!

Hey man,
Spores can start to colonize anywhere between 3 days to even a whole month! I'm sure they will start in a couple days even less. Just be patient. Patience is the key. Even though you can't wait for those suckers to start growing ;-). Also make sure that you have them in the right temps. Room temperature is fine (anything above 60 degrees and below 90) but 80-85 is optimal.

Did you use just straight vermiculite and water?
No grain or flour?

Spores don't grow on just vermiculite. You need a nutrient source!
