cakes not pining

they have been out for 3 weeks now temp is 70 to 75. humidity around 95% .They are gulf cost on brownrice & verm. only thing happening is they are looking fluffy. I've tried setting them on ice packs over night but nothing seems to work.what should I do now? Can they be cased now or is it to late?Cased one right after birth and it has done fine but others nothing.
