i have 9, 1 pint jars with micron magik discs. i think there fully colonized but i can see specs of vermiculate, like it cant cover it or sumthin. my jars are "quilted" so there kinda bumpy on the insede if that has anything to do wit it. any help would be apreciated.

If they are "quilted" like you say and the entire jar is covered in mycelium, then it is ready. If the whole jar is entirely covered (excluding where the lid is of course) then you have no problems. I guess you are wondering if you can case now? Is this what you are asking?
