Thankyou Mr. Lotus

Hello, when I first got my blue lotus I was kind of dissapointed. Soaked it in wine for a week, and had very little effects. Smoked it and had a very short lived sensation on my crown. But given the fact that i'de bought so much I kept experimenting with it, and found that smoked it synergized very powerfully with another certain flower (with orange hairs....), and recently it's done something amazing for me. After a week of insomnia, I smoked a tiny bit of the lotus, and ever since i've had very nice and regular sleep, just wonderful that it can be used so well instead of an icky sleeping pill (it feels safer too)

*also the fact that the sleeping pill seems to only work for a day and this regular sleep has been around for longer*

interesting that a dopamine agonist would help you sleep.

Valerian Root Powder Tea

Valerian is available in bulk at:
www.mountainroseherbs.com

Velarian is a sedative that can be drunk before bedtime to help you sleep.

To help you in general you should immediately consider studying herbs or at least picking up a good book on using herbs specifically.

it generally made me sleepy afterwards, and in erowid's vaults half of the reports talk about it helping them sleep (generally for 12-14 hours after the first consumption). I wanted to try it since i'de been getting very little sleep and was starting to get some anxiety, and it fitted like cinderella's shoe. Also, isn't the active ingredient in blue lotus an opiate of sorts? They are generally good for relaxing aren't they?

They have no clue what the active compound in Nymphaea caerulea actually is. It does not, contrary to popular belief, contain any aporphines. Nelumbo Nucifera does however contain plenty of aporphines, nuciferin among others.
