Caps Blackening..

what causes the caps of shrooms to go black.. they were drying by the fan.. then I turned the fan off overnite and I woke up in the mornin and they had started to turn black.. they were on wire mesh so the circulation was fine... I guess air drying is needed....

You should dry them without a pause.
