Contamination or not?

One of my cakes has a small blueish spot on it. It looks like the kind of blue spot that happens when you touch a fresh shroom, but I have not touched it in a few days. I think i remember reading something about the humidity turning cakes colors if it is too low, but I am not sure. Should I just assume that the cake is bad and throw it out? Or can it be saved?

Most likely, it's bruising from handleing your cake. I wouldn't worry about it.
