Quart Jars

Is it possible to sterilze PF substrate using the traditional pot-on-the-oven-non-pressure-cooker-method?

I know it is difficult to sterilize quarts with that method but I have a dozen and i want to try Hippie's Micro Tek with quarts and I have no Pressure cooker

Any tips would help me.

I do drugs.

You're going to need a pressure cooker for quart jars.
