I'm assuming you guys are joking with the 'How many jars' question but just in case. I didn't use jars.....I went from agar to popcorn in mycobag, to poop. I Had 6 18"X18" boxes with a substrate depth of 6" and a casing layer of 2". Strains were KSS, Amazonian and Puerto rican.

cubes are cubes are cubes.
substrate affects potency more than genetics, IMO. someone will disagree with me here... but poo/straw ones seem more potent than PF Tek ones to me... your milage will vary.
he told you the strains he used. >>Strains were KSS, Amazonian and Puerto rican.
after 200 posts here, I'd assume you wouldn't make a post with such commonly asked questions... but perhaps you're from another section?

If you actually read her post you would see that in fact she asked What strain were those BIG ones? favorite? strain produced biggest fruits overall? Most potent?
And, even after 200 posts, I don't think anyone can predict which strain will be the favorite of an individual, or which strain produces bigger fruits in relation to one another, unless that person has tried it themselves.
And you are right. I disagree with you.
