wow that is large.  ive noticed larger box stores (including home depot and sim) really stocked up on BIG plants since november....wonder if tis for christmas?

anyway looking good!  i liek thos plants but the way they grow never fits in with any of my plans :crazy:

Little off topic but does anyone know what cactus taquila is made of.. My buddy swears its aloe vera but I keep calling him an idiot.

Yep, apparently it's called agave tequilana (var. "blue" according to some sources).

I have a couple of nice aloe veras, they are really soothing for burns if you clip off the end of an old leaf and rub the juice on. Also they readily make little plantlets which pop up out of the soil, they make nice little gifts if you have any friends who're into growing things. I bet a plant the size of yours will make loads of little babies!
